The National Literacy Trust is an independent charity and the leading literacy expert in the UK. They transform lives through literacy by supporting those who struggle with literacy and the people who work with them. One person in six in the UK struggles to read and write. Poor skills compromise health, confidence, happiness and employability. We have worked with schools since 1993, providing innovative resources, information and support.
