The Flow Organisation belives that education systems around the world are failing because of our lack of attention to the development of the fundamental attitudes and abilities that are the very source of personal, social and economic wellbeing. Qualities such as Attentiveness, Thoughtfulness, Caring, Responsibility, Tolerance, Kindness etc.
Essential Qualities like these are critical for humankind but, remarkably, they are almost never the explicit focus of learning… anywhere.
We believe that Essential Qualities must be made the prime objective of every education system worldwide and put at the heart of everyone’s personal education experience.
Our aim is to shift the balance of education by understanding, promoting and scaling up practices that support the development of these Essential Qualities.
And it is to this end that we support of the work of Whole Education which shares many of our beliefs and objectives.
