Parenting UK

Parenting UK supports people who work with parents by keeping them up to date with the latest policy, research and sharing best practice. Parenting UK is also a partner in parentchannel.tv a website for parents.

Parenting UK’s key priorities:

• To be a one-stop-shop for people who work with parents, providing advice on skills and resources, and the latest news and research from the parenting sector

• To ensure the views of anyone working with parents are heard and help shape future policies and strategy

• To promote the work of people providing parenting education and support to the wider public, media and other organisations

• To promote best practice in parenting support, education and skills among our members and the public

• To work alongside government and other organisations to provide and promote information about parenting support and education

Parenting UK believes in the importance of helping parents to be the best parents they can be, and providing them with the support and guidance they need, how and when they need it.

Parenting education and support encompasses a diverse range of learning opportunities and support. That is one reason Parenting UK is also a partner of parentchannel.tv which is a website for parents.
