This week WE launched Leading a Whole Education in Primary 2020-21. Discover what participants thought of the day.
Jo Corrigan, Director of Primary:
“Despite all of the current challenges being faced by schools it was great to see large numbers of Whole Education primary school leaders involved in our national launch of ‘Leading a whole education – primary’ this week. They continue to recognise the value of networking and collaboration with like minded peers on a national scale as central to their approach to CPD. Delegates were inspired by a range of keynote speakers, but as always the highlights of the event were the school leaders sharing the impact of their journey through the programme last year. It was great for Mary Myatt to publicly acknowledge the positive impact that the WE national network has on schools and we are really looking forward to supporting the schools in the coming year to continue to enhance their provision of a high quality whole education.”
“Really useful to see how a project has been implemented and seeing how important it is to link it in with a key area without adding to workload too much.”

“Really liked the breakout ability to discuss first hand with other colleagues. Key speaker Mary was fab – very down to earth and inspirational. The example school St Johns of Coventry was really great!”
We’ve come away from this afternoon full of inspiration and ideas after a fantastic keynote from @MaryMyatt – especially on the entitlement to an ambitious curriculum for ALL learners #wholeeducation @MrsJoCorrigan @AnglianLearning

“We really enjoyed the [school spotlight] presentation and the impact that has been achieved in such a short time is inspiring.”
@MaryMyatt thank you for all the effort you made today to share this with us today! Really enjoyed listening to your talk! Lots of food for thought!
