WHAT IS IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Our core trust offer works in two ways. Every school in your trust will gain access to our primary or secondary core offer. This means we will support Headteachers and Senior Leaders with their individual school priorities, and supporting teachers to engage with research and improve their practice through WE Lab Classrooms
In addition, we will work with you at a strategic, Trust level, to understand your needs and requirements and how the WE Core Offer can be used to bring that Trust-wide vision into impact. This means extra visits to your Trust to meet with Trust leaders, and attendance or contributions at Trust level CPD/Insets.
Subsidised access to genuinely innovative Trust programmes, including our Trust Leadership series
Visits/calls for all schools in the Trust, and additional support, guidance and a ‘challenging friend’ for Trust leaders.
Your schools’ leaders become part of our Leading a Whole Education communities to share and learn with peers.
Practitioners in your Trust schools supported to engage with research and trial ‘two-for-one’ teaching approaches
To give you, Trust colleagues and your school teams the nourishment, inspiration and ‘thinking time’ you deserve
